This location is great, food is good but the vibes are upstairs with Anthony behind the bar at the Mezcaleria. He makes a mean cocktail that’ll have you camping in your seat, creates a welcoming vibe so you have the best time &&& he kills it downstairs on Sundays during game nights. I love having a sidecar with him cause it’s always perfectly balanced, nothing beats bartenders choice if you let him create something for you. I wouldn’t visit half as much as I do if it wasn’t for the service he provides, every single time. Thank me or him, later!
Already made a review of the location in Miami Beach, but got a chance to come to Bodega in Coconut Grove for the first time. Still. The. Best. Tacos. In. All. Miami. The tacos are just great, pick any from the menu, you will be in for a treat. This time we tried the tacos: short rib, coconut shrimp, al pastor, shrimp tequila, carne asada, crispy fish. We also ordered the guacamole and the esquites. The esquites were pretty good, but the corn is not really roasted; the corn is boiled, so not as good as it could be. One opportunity for improvement. The back bar of this place is pretty cool (I will try to take some picture next time I am back). It is behind a hidden door that looks like a porta potty. The back room has a large bar, tables, couches, spacious with a glass ceiling, great vibes.

The back terrace had a great atmosphere with lively music, making it a perfect spot for a celebration. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they made sure we had everything we needed to have a great time. Besides the great music, the food was a definite highlight of the evening. We tried a variety of different tacos, and each one was bursting with flavor. The quesadillas and nachos with cheese were also excellent, and the corn cup was a delicious surprise. The cocktails were great too, with a variety of options to choose from. Overall, Bodega is the perfect spot for a celebration with friends or a casual night out. The ambiance is lively and energetic, and the food and drinks are excellent. I highly recommend giving Bodega a try, whether you're looking for a birthday celebration or just a fun night out.
First time going here, went with 5 other girls & the nightlife was amazing! Kathryn was our service girl & she was amazing! Extremely attentive & kind through the night. I’ve been to many spots in Miami & have NEVER received such amazing treatment, even in VIP. Milo also took care of us & even made sure we were safe & comfortable throughout the night. This place is 10/10 if you were looking for a fun & safe night out. We will be back!
Probably some of my favorite tacos, very satisfying. The service wasn’t very good today though. Stood at the register for a couple minutes, until we realized there was a girl at the other corner taking orders on her iPad to whoever randomly walked up to her.
I recently discovered this place while searching for new dining spots, and it exceeded my expectations. The food was absolutely amazing, bursting with freshness. We had tacos (Carne Asada, Coconut Shrimp, and Barbacoa), a Tierra y Mar Quesadilla, and Chips and Guacamole – simply put, everything was delicious! The restaurant also boasts two hidden bars: one tucked away at the back and another on the second floor. We decided to spend some time in the downstairs bar, and we had a great time. The music, service, and atmosphere of the place were fire!
Love this place! It was super easy to order and the food came out very quick. We really enjoyed our tacos and empanadas. Overall, highly recommend!
